Role and Responsibilities

• Engage with potential property buyers, guiding them through our diverse real estate portfolio.
• Conduct market research and analyze local trends to effectively target prospective clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring quality client interactions and relationship building.
• Negotiate property transactions and contribute actively to achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate on-site property visits and manage the documentation process in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and QualificationsMust-Have Skills

• Demonstrated experience in real estate sales with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to conduct effective market research and lead generation.
• On-site presence and availability to interact with clients and attend property tours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
• Familiarity with real estate financing and legal documentation processes.
