Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their property needs, conducting property tours, and assisting clients through the purchasing process. Additional tasks include maintaining and expanding the client database, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The consultant will also undergo regular training to stay updated with market trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales
• Proficient in providing excellent Customer Service and handling Real Estate transactions
• Ability to conduct effective market research and data analysis
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
