Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales and client engagement to support renters in the US real estate market. This role involves working closely with international clients, helping them find rental properties, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Responsibilities

·        Support clients in finding rental homes that suit their preferences and budget

·         Provide guidance on market trends, pricing, and property availability in the U.S.

·         Handle offer negotiations and lease terms on behalf of clients

·         Manage client expectations and ensure smooth, satisfying transactions

·         Use cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency and close deals faster

Qualifications

·        Excellent spoken and written English with minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)

·         Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

·         Strong follow-up ability and a client-first mindset

·         Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach

·         Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment

·         Willingness to work in US shift hours (Night shift from Bhubaneswar office)
