Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours
• Provide market research, pricing analysis, and property valuations
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation
• Stay updated on market trends, neighborhoods, and local regulations
• Negotiate offers to help clients achieve the best terms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking and lead follow-up
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with company and legal standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems, listing platforms, and digital marketing
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
