Real Estate Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and client engagement in the US real estate market. In this role, you will work closely with international clients, assisting them in locating rental properties, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in finding rental homes that align with their preferences and budget, offering guidance on market trends, pricing, and property availability in the U.S., managing offer negotiations and lease terms on behalf of clients, and overseeing client expectations to ensure smooth and satisfying transactions. You will also be expected to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to improve efficiency and expedite deal closures. The qualifications for this position include excellent spoken and written English with minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI), exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strong follow-up ability, and a client-first mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment, and willing to work in US shift hours (Night shift from Bhubaneswar office).,
