Job Title: Real Estate Sales - Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales

Reports To: Vice President / Director


Role Overview:


Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Real Estate Consultancy


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Strategy

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for premium villas and luxury properties.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand footprint across key luxury markets in India.
  • Identify and engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and institutional investors.
  • Forge strategic alliances with developers, channel partners, and wealth management firms.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with elite clientele through a consultative and personalized approach.
  • Provide expert advisory on real estate investments, property evaluations, and portfolio diversification.
  • Ensure superior client experience through proactive engagement and post-sales service excellence.

3. Sales Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Define and track performance through structured KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and market knowledge.

4. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and demand dynamics within the luxury real estate sector.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and recommend strategies for project positioning and pricing.
  • Support senior management in preparing business forecasts, performance reports, and presentations.

5. Branding & Representation

  • Represent at luxury property expos, investor summits, and premium networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns for affluent buyers and investors.
  • Uphold reputation for trust, transparency, and premium service in every client interaction.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • MBA or equivalent degree in

    Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management

    .
  • 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales/advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in luxury real estate transactions (villas, high-end residences, or second homes).
  • Strong network of HNI/NRI clients and institutional investors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
