Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-quality front-end solutions using Reactjs and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and to deliver

captivating user experiences across web platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to create cohesive and effective

User Interface/ User Experience solutions.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless performance across devices and

browsers.

- Participate actively in user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs, translating user needs into

functional and appealing interactive applications.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest design principles, techniques, and technologies to apply them within

existing and new projects.

- Debug and solve production issues proactively, providing timely and efficient resolutions to ensure uninterrupted user

experiences.

- Review code and participate in peer-reviews to maintain high quality and best practices in UI/UX development.

- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in UI/UX design and

development

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s Degree

- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in data-

intensive applications.

- ReactJS: in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience building complex web applications.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern state management libraries (Redux).

- Proven experience in responsive and adaptive design principles, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

- Proficiency in utilizing design tools and frameworks, with experience in CSS and HTTP protocol.

- Experience with writing unit-tests in frameworks like Jest.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within an agile team structure, with concepts like sprint cadence.

- Experience in API integration and developing web-based applications adhering to modern standards and best practices.

- Understanding of performance tuning and optimization for web applications.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a curious mind willing to question the status quo to establish

robust solutions.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative teamwork ethic.
