Quality Manager with a good background in Six Sigma methodologies and Black Belt certification to lead quality initiatives across our operations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership, preferably in the telecom and technology sectors.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead and manage quality assurance programs and initiatives across operational teams.
- Drive Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train teams on Six Sigma tools and quality best practices.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in the Engineering stream with a Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
- Good knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TQM, ISO standards, and other quality frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading successful Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in telecom, manufacturing, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
- Familiarity with digital quality tools and platforms.
