Quality Assurance Executive

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - QA at Tempcon Express Private Limited in Mumbai. The Executive - QA will be responsible for quality control, quality assurance, quality management, quality auditing, and food technology tasks related to temperature-sensitive and time-critical shipments.

Line Management Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to the QMS and reporting to the QA Manager of any non- compliances, issues or complaints raised internally or externally.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

•Review and interpret operational data to identify operational issues and provide solutions which optimize service levels, efficiency and overall process flows.

•To maintain documentation control for the Quality Assurance department such as internal audits, self-inspections, change control, risk assessments, internal training, accreditations, CAPA process, supplier/vendor approval process, their training and maintenance of SOPs and other controlled documents.

•Assist QA Manager in the internal audits (remote/onsite) and self-inspections as per WHO GDP, ISO 9001 and available standard operating procedures/controlled documents to streamline, maintain and automate operations.

•Provide support to the Branch Managers in terms of warehouse maintenance and operations documentation to successfully pass through the customer audits.

•Development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes for operations and other departments

•Work closely with interdepartmental stakeholders to conceptualize and implement quality improvements, new processes and new businesses for Tempcon Express’ operations

•To prpare monthly reports such as audits, CAPA, quality concerns to communicate the outcome of Quality activities to the QA Manager.

•Visit the customers when required for any quality issues or review or related concerns

•Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements, instructed SOPs, Work instructions, Policies and guidelines.

•Maintain data privacy, high code of conduct practices as QA representative and follow confidentiality of all Tempcon Express information, systems, processes and instructions, know how, skills

•Support QA Manager to implement all requirements to help spread the voice of Quality Framework

1.Overall support to the Manager QA to maintain Quality standards in the company.

2.Fulfill the needs and expectations of sustainable quality and ensure service satisfaction for our customers.

3.Adhere to all relevant and applicable regulations and guidelines (e.g., IATA / ADR, WHO GDP, ISO 9001:2015 etc.)

Qualifications

•Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in QA from Pharma/cold supply chain logistics industry.

•Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills

•Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

•Experience in the transportation or pharmaceutical industry

•Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

•Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Food Technology, or related field
