What makes you a magic ingredient to our recipe?

• Quality Assurance:

Monitor and maintain product quality during all stages of meat processing to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

Ensure adherence to food safety protocols such as HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI guidelines.

• Audits & Inspections:

Conduct routine inspections of the production floor, equipment, and storage facilities to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Assist in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and implementing corrective actions.

• Testing & Analysis:

Perform product sampling and testing for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters to ensure conformity to specifications.

Investigate and resolve quality complaints and deviations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality parameters, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Prepare and submit quality reports to the Regional Quality Manager.

• Process Improvements:

Identify areas of improvement in the production process and recommend actionable solutions to enhance product quality.

Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure the consistent supply of quality raw materials and finished products.

• Training &Awareness:

Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality standards, best practices, and food safety protocols.

Promote a culture of quality and safety across the organization.

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields.
• 2-3 years in quality assurance/control in the food industry, preferably meat or perishable products.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000,FSSAI).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
