Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our systems, processes, and documentation align with industry and regulatory standards. This role provides the opportunity to strengthen Jivita’s quality systems, maintain certification requirements, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee QA systems in alignment with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other applicable standards to ensure compliance at all stages of production.
• Review and approve SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in internal and vendor audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support regulatory inspections.
• Record, investigate, and track deviations, complaints, and non-conformities, while assisting in CAPA planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, WHO-GMP, ISO, and export certification requirements
• Provide training and guidance to production and QC teams on quality standards and documentation practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 1–5 years of QA experience in Pharma, Food, or Nutraceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in documentation management, compliance monitoring, and process oversight.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
