Role Overview
As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that our raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This position provides an opportunity to work with advanced analytical techniques, contribute to compliance excellence, and strengthen Jivita’s reputation as a trusted nutraceutical manufacturer.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform detailed physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality specifications.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV, GC, IR, and TLC, ensuring accurate performance and reliable test results.
• Prepare, review, and maintain COAs, test reports, and laboratory records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct stability studies and impurity profiling to monitor product consistency and long-term safety.
• Identify and document deviations or OOS results, support investigations, and assist in implementing effective CAPA actions.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, FSSAI, and internal quality systems across all QC activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
• 1–5 years of QC experience in Pharma, Food, or Nutraceuticals.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, IR).
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
