Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality audits, call calibrations, and root cause analysis to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyze calls using tools like 7QC, Pareto analysis, TNI, and Six Sigma Quality principles. Provide feedback on call quality and suggest improvements through QC tools like Call Audit and Call Monitoring. Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform voice processing tasks such as BPO processes and Domestic BPO services. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Gujarati/Marathi language skills are required for this position.
