Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Executive with a strong analytical mindset. This role requires not only execution of routine quality activities but also critical evaluation of data trends, root cause analysis , and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives . Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Control Implement and monitor QA/QC protocols across manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing. Perform data-driven quality checks for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Analyze deviations and trends to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions . Ensure timely and accurate documentation for batch release and QA metrics. Water & Microbial Analysis Oversee monthly water testing (physicochemical and microbial parameters); interpret results and escalate as needed. Maintain and audit water testing records; ensure alignment with statutory and global standards . Conduct or coordinate microbiological analysis of environment, materials, and products; track recurring issues using trend analysis. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Verify label and product compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and international regulatory standards . Review and validate label claims, nutritional panels , and ingredient declarations, especially for export markets (UK/EU/US). Support preparation of regulatory dossiers and technical documentation for global submissions. SOP & Record Management Develop, update, and standardize SOPs , QA checklists, and CAPA reports. Implement Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain traceable records for audits. Support internal and external audit readiness through data-backed QA documentation. Cross-Functional & Analytical Support Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Packaging teams to ensure product compliance from concept to execution . Participate in stability, validation, and shelf-life studies , using findings to influence process improvements. Use analytical tools or methodologies (Pareto, Fishbone, 5-Why, etc.) for problem-solving and risk mitigation . Qualifications & Skills Degree: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences Experience: 3–4 years in QA/QC in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing Working knowledge of: FSSAI, HACCP, GMP , and international regulatory frameworks Water and microbial testing methods with root cause analysis Label validation and export documentation Strong documentation, analytical, and audit-handling skills Proficient in data interpretation and report preparation Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills Work Details Full-Time , On-Site at Jigani Industrial Area , Bangalore To Apply Please email your CV to bhavna@bonaiyuhealth.com Subject Line: Application – QA/QC Executive – Bonaiyu Health, Jigani Show more Show less
