The Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, quality processes, and defect management. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through comprehensive testing strategies and process improvements. . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, automate and execute test cases for web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, test cases, and test strategies. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end to end testing. Identify, log, and track defects through the entire bug lifecycle. Use automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, etc.) to create and maintain test scripts for automated regression testing. Ensure that all test artifacts (test plans, cases, scripts) are well-documented and stored properly. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings to ensure the test coverage aligns with requirements. Continuously enhance automation frameworks and suggest improvements for efficiency and maintainability. Provide feedback and suggestions on product design and user experience based on test findings.l Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance Cloud Expertise: Understanding of AWS services like EC2, S3. Testing Skills: Strong proficiency in Testing Methodologies, Testing techniques, Test case designing, Risk based testing, Test reporting and Bug Advocacy. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, Pytest, Selenium, API testing using Postman and Request. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, Strong attention to detail, Adaptability to changing requirements. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
