JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a Python Developer to create scalable, high-performance applications focused on LLM-powered agentic workflows. This position entails core Python development, integration with cutting-edge AI frameworks, and cross-team collaboration. You will work extensively with Lang Chain and LangGraph to build intelligent systems leveraging agents, tools, and multi-step reasoning pipelines. KEY RESULT AREA:

• Application Development – Build and maintain scalable Python applications focused on LLM-powered agentic workflows using Lang Chain and LangGraph.

• API & Database Integration – Develop efficient APIs (Fast API/Flask) and ensure smooth integration with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Code Quality – Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, product, and AI teams to deliver intelligent systems.

• Security & Scalability – Implement secure, scalable architectures supporting tools, memory, and prompt chaining.

• Automation – Automate workflows and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with expertise in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable applications, including those powered by LLMs.

• Proficient in Python and frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, and Django, with a strong focus on developing intelligent systems and agentic workflows.

• Practical experience in implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration across services and tools.

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle 19c/23AI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and production-grade backend systems tailored for AI-driven applications.

• Direct experience building LLM-powered agentic workflows using frameworks like Lang Chain and LangGraph, including prompt chaining, memory management, and multi-step reasoning pipelines.

• Comfortable integrating modern AI frameworks and tools, with a focus on enabling autonomous agent behavior and dynamic tool use.

• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including experience deploying scalable AI applications in cloud environments.

• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices, ensuring deployment consistency and scalability.

• Experienced with version control systems like Git, using collaborative branching models and code review best practices.

• Skilled in writing and maintaining test coverage using frameworks like PyTest and Unit Test to support continuous integration.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, with the ability to troubleshoot distributed AI pipelines and complex backend logic.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across cross-functional teams including AI/ML, backend, and product.

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming models, supporting high-concurrency and event-driven architectures in applications involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Lang Chain, and LangGraph.

• Familiar with DevOps tools and practices, including implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline delivery.

• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for better end-to-end integration understanding.

• Familiar with AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow — useful for integrating lightweight intelligence into backend systems.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience addressing challenges in complex, agentic systems.
