Purchase & Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

·        Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers and vendors.

·        Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.

·        Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials, packaging, and other requirements.

·        Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

·        Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, timeliness, and compliance.

·        Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

·        Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.

·        Continuously seek new vendors, products, and innovations to optimize procurement.

Key Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2 years of experience

·        Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

·        Good understanding of supply chain, inventory, and procurement processes.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Location:- Goregoan, Mumbai.

Work timings:- 9.30am to 6.30pm

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Monthly CTC:- upto 50000
