Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

MEP and Wastewater Treatment Projects (ETP/STP)

·        Organize and execute purchase activities to ensure uninterrupted and timely completion of projects with quality materials.

Approved Vendor Register

·        Develop new vendors and explore innovative products for cost-effective and efficient solutions.

·        Ensure procurement aligns with approved requirements, product specifications, and internal purchase procedures.

Inspection and detailed checking of purchased materials (e.g., pumps, blowers, diffusers, motors, valves, pipes, fittings, structural steel, etc.) and proper record-keeping of Test Certificates (TCs), inspection reports, and related documents.

·        Manage logistics, schedule deliveries, and monitor supplier compliance with purchase order terms and conditions.

·        Verify invoices and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and provide clearance to the Accounts Department for vendor payments.

·        Control procurement costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
