Marketing Manager – Wastewater Treatment Projects

Leading Environmental Engineering Company specializing in Effluent and Sewage Treatment Plants

Experience: 8–15 years in Sales & Marketing of Wastewater Treatment Plants (ETP, STP, WRP, UASB, CSTR, MBR, MBBR, DAF systems) catering to industrial and municipal sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for wastewater treatment projects across food, dairy, pharma, textile, chemical, beverage, and municipal sectors.

·        Identify and generate leads via tender platforms, consultants, EPC contractors, and direct clients.

·        Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals with support from the design team.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.

·        Track upcoming greenfield/brownfield WWTP projects and submit proactive proposals.

·        Collaborate with proposals and engineering teams to finalize bids, BOQs, and offers.

·        Meet revenue targets for equipment supply, turnkey EPC, and O&M projects.

·        Represent the company at trade expos, exhibitions, webinars, and networking events.

·        Develop marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and presentations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

·        In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies.

·        Proven B2B sales, client handling, and negotiation expertise.

·        Strong proposal drafting and tendering experience.

·        Strong industry network: consultants, EPCs, developers, and regulatory bodies.

·        Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering

M.Tech in Environmental Engineering preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Domain experience in wastewater/effluent treatment for food, beverage, dairy, pharma, chemical, or textile sectors.

·        Well-versed with BIS, CPCB, and SPCB environmental regulations.

·        Open to travel across India & abroad for client meetings and project coordination.

·        Prior experience in similar companies is an added advantage.

·        Leadership potential to grow into senior roles.

·        Exposure to green technologies and sustainable innovation is a plus.
