We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation, and client engagement across municipal, industrial, and EPC segments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies specific to wastewater treatment, ETP/STP/RO/ZLD projects. Identify new business opportunities, build client databases, and convert leads into business. Coordinate with the design, proposal, and execution teams for technical support in marketing. Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and technical seminars. Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and pricing strategies. Prepare promotional content, technical brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare monthly marketing reports, lead pipelines, and sales forecasts. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's in Environmental / Chemical / Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA in Marketing is a plus. 5–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing of Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects. Knowledge of treatment technologies like MBR, UF, RO, and ZLD is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills. Proficient in digital marketing platforms. Willingness to travel across project locations and client sites.
