About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of electrical products, ensuring timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and compliance with technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of electrical materials.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical items such as cables, switchgears, and panels.
• Issue RFQs, prepare price comparison sheets, and negotiate best pricing, delivery schedules, and credit terms.
• Review and interpret SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
• Maintain and update vendor lists, develop new suppliers, and conduct vendor audits for quality assurance.
• Coordinate with project and logistics teams for dispatches, tracking, and resolving delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records including quotations, POs, payments, and approvals.
• Ensure purchases are within budget and in compliance with company procurement guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay range and compensation package:

18,000 - 22,000
