Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective purchasing strategies.
• Manage and expand vendor base with quality, timeliness & pricing focus.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors.
• Ensure quality documentation (COA, MSDS, etc.) for all purchases.
• Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and track procurement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Stay updated with national & international procurement trends.
• Knowledge of import/export policies & documentation is a must.
Qualifications
• MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• 5–7 years of solid experience in purchasing (from the specified sectors only).
• Excellent organizational, communication & analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software & vendor databases.
