Job Description

Strategic Procurement:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for mustard seeds to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply
Monitor market trends, price movements, and crop forecasts
Vendor Management:
Identify, assess, and build relationships with mustard seed suppliers, farmers, mandis, and traders
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure best terms
Procurement Operations:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process including planning, ordering, and receiving
Coordinate with quality control teams for inspection and acceptance of goods
Inventory & Logistics:
Work with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels
Collaborate with logistics for timely transportation and warehousing
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and reports
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies
