Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Procurement & Sourcing:

• Identify and source reliable suppliers for required materials, equipment, and services.
• Request and review quotations, compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure best pricing and quality.

✅ Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly (quality, cost, delivery, compliance).
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries, payments, or quality.

✅ Purchase Operations:

• Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/inventory teams to maintain optimum stock.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget guidelines.

✅ Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, F&B, operations) to understand requirements.
• Assist in preparing purchase budgets, cost reports, and MIS reports for management.

✅ Compliance & Cost Control:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Vendor management expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or procurement software.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
