Job Description & Responsibilities: Achieve quality objectives and targets set by the partners. Coordinate with customers and partners on quality-related issues and activities. Handle inspection and testing activities as per quality standards. Execute production schedules and planning in coordination with the production team. Perform in-process quality checks for every job through sampling. In case of deviations, ensure non-conforming material is identified, segregated, and stored separately for corrective action. Manage segregation and rework of materials during internal rejections and customer rejections. Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Desired Profile of the Candidate: Experience in quality management within the printing and packaging industry. Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, and in-process quality control. Ability to handle customer quality issues and internal audits. Good coordination and communication skills. Hands-on experience with corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers as per prevailing market conditions to ensure cost-effectiveness. Register and manage transportation vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, delivery, and cost standards are met. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability for production. Maintain procurement records, documentation, and compliance with company policies. Desired Profile of the Candidate: Proven experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the printing and packaging industry . Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and logistics coordination. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
