Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement team in sourcing and acquiring materials, goods, and services at optimal prices and quality. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong supplier relationships, and a proven track record in managing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.

2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.

3. Conduct market research, analyze pricing trends, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.

6. Manage and mitigate procurement risks, including supplier insolvency and supply chain disruptions.

7. Analyze and report on procurement performance metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

2. Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a managerial role.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

5. Familiarity with procurement software and systems.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
