Job Description

The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting various administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth functioning of the organization. They primarily work behind the scenes to ensure efficient operations, data management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets. This may include customer information, sales records, inventory data, or any other relevant information.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documents such as reports, presentations, invoices, and correspondence. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of transactions, expenses, and other financial or operational activities. Keep track of important documents and files for easy retrieval.
  • Communication: Correspond with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person as needed. Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling office supplies, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or discrepancies. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality checks and audits. Take corrective actions when necessary to maintain data quality standards.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required for this role. However, relevant work experience and skills may also be considered in lieu of formal education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
