Job Description

We look to hire individuals for the position of Back Office Executive for our company.

Job

  • Enter and update daily data in the system.
  • Track orders, follow up with vendors/delivery partners, and update status records.
  • Coordinate with customers via email, WhatsApp and calls.
  • Prepare routine reports, lists, and documentation in Excel.
  • Maintain office inventory and ensure supplies are up to date.
  • Support the team with printing, paperwork, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Assist in posting basic content on social media platforms.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Approach work with flexibility and willingness to learn.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Basic English communication (spoken & written).
  • Good computer skills (Excel, email).
  • Social media / Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.
