About the Role:

PR Manager

You will be responsible for crafting a compelling narrative for the CEO across media, digital platforms, and public engagements, ensuring consistent, value-driven visibility that aligns with the larger vision of the company and its leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Personal Branding Strategy

  • Design and implement a strategic communication plan for the personal brand of Mr. Arvind Ola.
  • Identify core themes, messaging pillars, and content buckets that reflect the values, vision, and thought leadership of the CEO.
  • Work closely with the internal branding team to align personal brand initiatives with corporate goals.


📱 Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Arvind Ola’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Draft and schedule posts, coordinate with design/video teams, and ensure quality and consistency of communication.
  • Track audience engagement, respond to meaningful interactions, and analyze performance data.


🗞️ Media & PR Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses.
  • Draft press releases, coordinate interviews, and secure features in reputed publications.
  • Handle media interactions, coverage tracking, and maintain a media coverage database.
  • Work with PR agencies for broader outreach and long-term media positioning.


🎤 Speaking Engagements & Collaborations

  • Liaise with universities, business schools, industry forums, and think tanks for guest lectures, panels, or speaker invites.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentation decks, and talking points for all public appearances.
  • Identify strategic collaborations with influencers, business leaders, or brands that align with the CEO's image.


✈️ Travel & Event Coordination

  • Accompany the CEO to events, sessions, and meetings as needed, managing on-ground logistics and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage time blocks, and ensure all travel requirements (bookings, tech support, branding material) are well-handled.


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or personal branding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling content.
  • Strong network in the media landscape — both traditional and digital.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Confident in representing and speaking on behalf of senior leadership when required.
  • Flexible to travel frequently and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, media monitoring platforms, and social media analytics.


Bonus / Preferred Skills:

  • Background in journalism, content strategy, or editorial writing.
  • Understanding of real estate, entrepreneurship, or business ecosystem is a plus.
