Public Relations Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing PR strategies for small events to create impactful media experiences in the spiritual and events domain. This hybrid role will require you to work both in the office and on-site at various client locations throughout India. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and manage the transformation of spiritual or cultural events into large-scale media experiences. - Identify and implement content formats on YouTube to increase audience engagement and growth. - Craft compelling content and stories for media, social platforms, and branding to enhance visibility of initiatives. - Develop creative campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube aligned with the spiritual brand identity. - Coordinate logistics, media teams, content creators, and client communication at events and shoot locations. - Possess a deep understanding of Indian culture, rituals, and spiritual values. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in PR, event branding, or content strategy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. - Strong knowledge of YouTube growth strategies. - Previous work experience with NGOs, spiritual organizations, or cultural campaigns is advantageous. - Ready to travel across India as per project requirements. - Ability to lead teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Additional Company Details: You may be deployed to work at various client/event locations across India, and the company will provide full travel and accommodation support. Educational & Professional Background: - Degree in Mass Communication, PR, Event Management, or Media. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, media production, or content strategy. - Experience in spiritual or social development sectors is a bonus.
