Job Description

As a Public Relations Manager at our company, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Press Relations & Media Outreach: - Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases, media statements, and authored articles. - Maintain strong relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses. - Ensure regular media coverage in line with brand campaigns, product launches, and corporate announcements. - Digital Brand Integrations: - Identify and secure brand integration opportunities on digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and OTT. - Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and production teams for effective brand placements. - Production House & Agency Collaboration: - Build and maintain networks with production houses, content studios, and creative agencies. - Pitch brand partnership ideas for integration within entertainment or educational content. - Content Creation & Editorial: - Write compelling articles, speeches, op-eds, and talking points for leadership. - Manage and edit communication materials to maintain a consistent brand voice. - Celebrity Management: - Coordinate with celebrity managers and talent agencies for brand endorsements. - Handle contract negotiations, PR coordination, and communication planning for celebrity-led initiatives. - Strategic PR Planning & Execution: - Design and execute proactive PR strategies aligned with business goals. - Monitor media trends, brand reputation, and provide PR solutions during crises. - Event & Campaign PR: - Support product launches, panel discussions, webinars, and brand events with end-to-end PR planning. - Secure pre-event and post-event coverage across relevant media channels. Your qualifications should include: - 9-10 years of proven PR experience, preferably in publishing, FMCG, media, or education sectors. - Strong network with journalists, editors, influencers, and media professionals. - Hands-on experience in digital PR, influencer marketing, and content creation. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills. - Ability to independently draft press materials, articles, and campaign content. Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related fields. - PR agency background or prior experience managing PR for consumer-facing brands. - A strong portfolio of media coverage and past PR campaigns. Regarding the role specifics: - This is a full-time role. - Work location is in Agra or Noida. - Office timings are from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
