Key Responsibilities: β Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and support business development. β Collect and maintain accurate data for business development activities. β Handle cold calls and follow-up calls efficiently. β Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction. β Meet daily call targets and follow scripts and guidelines provided by the team. β Provide timely and accurate information to the team regarding client interactions. Key Requirements: β Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry. β Exceptional communication skills β both verbal and written. β Ability to handle a high volume of calls (100-150 calls/day). β Street smart and confident with strong client handling skills. β Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. β Good organizational and data management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: βΉ300,000.00 - βΉ400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: TELE CALLING: 1 year (Preferred) REAL ESTATE: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
