Sales executive

Experience: 3–5 years Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our NBFC division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selling financial products, primarily Loan Against Property (LAP), business loans, and term loans, targeting SME clients. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation. Promote LAP and other NBFC loan products. Evaluate client profiles, financials, and property documentation. Manage the entire loan sales lifecycle—from prospecting to disbursal. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business. Build and manage a strong DSA/channel partner network. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure compliance with KYC, credit, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred. 3–5 years of sales experience in NBFCs, banks, or lending institutions. Proven track record in sourcing and closing high-ticket LAP deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools. Familiarity with the Mumbai loan market, including metro and Tier 2 regions.
