Key Responsibilities: Understand the technical requirements of open roles and create effective sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring priorities. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment. Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on LinkedIn, Boolean search). Good understanding of technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Prior experience recruiting for product companies, startups, or IT services companies. Knowledge of current market trends in tech hiring.
