Position: IT Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. Experience in the IT domain will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for technical positions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in internal databases or Excel trackers.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Work closely with hiring teams to meet staffing goals and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and current market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience hiring for roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, QA Engineer, SDET, Business Analyst, Cloud Engineer, etc.
• Ability to handle niche and senior-level technical roles.
• Experience working in IT services or product-based companies.
