IT Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT recruitment in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, work closely with hiring managers or clients, and consistently meet closure and TAT targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End IT Recruitment

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
• Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand technical and business requirements

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, referrals, internal databases, and social media
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant technical profiles
• Build strong pipelines for Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Mobile, and Emerging Tech roles

Candidate Screening

• Conduct telephonic/video screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, CTC expectations, and location preferences
• Assess hands-on experience, project exposure, and role suitability

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Collect and share interview feedback and ensure quick turnaround time

Offer & Closure Management

• Drive salary negotiations, release offer letters, and manage offer acceptance and joining
• Follow up with candidates to reduce dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory

• 2–6 years of IT recruitment experience in the Indian market
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and IT roles
• Experience using Indian job portals (Naukri mandatory)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
