Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract top technology and digital talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment processes, ensuring we hire skilled professionals who can power Attero’s innovation and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles — from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with department heads to understand role requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in software, data analytics, automation, and other tech domains relevant to clean-tech manufacturing.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and professional communities.

Screen and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural alignment.

Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards; ensure timely reporting on open positions and hiring metrics.

Work closely with HR and business leaders to plan future hiring needs and talent pipeline development.

Stay updated on emerging recruitment tools, HR analytics, and technology hiring trends.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and relevant labor laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in IT or technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of technology roles such as software development, data analytics, automation, and ERP systems.

Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data tracking.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
