IT Technical Recruiter

As an HR Executive with an IT background, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire employee life cycle within the IT industry. Your focus will be on technical hiring, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and create job descriptions. - Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain employee records and ensure all HR systems are up-to-date. - Develop and implement employee engagement activities. - Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. - Administer attendance and leave management systems. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Assist in performance management processes and appraisals. - Coordinate training and development programs. - Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Executive in the IT industry. - Hands-on experience in technical hiring (developers, testers, etc.). - Familiarity with IT terminologies and technical skill sets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
