IT Technical Recruiter

As an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter at ChicMic Studios, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for the IT department. Your understanding of the technology industry will enable you to identify candidates with the necessary skills and experience to excel within our organization. Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit top talent for the IT department - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates - Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications - Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers - Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates - Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors - Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment - Knowledge of technology industry trends, terminology, and job roles - Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously - Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment The company is ChicMic Studios, a dynamic organization that values flexibility and provides benefits such as a flexible schedule and Provident Fund.
