Public Relations Manager

• Lead end-to-end PR programs for client brands: define messaging, craft media strategies, and execute outreach to secure high-quality earned coverage across national and trade press.
• Write and refine press materials—press releases, media advisories, spokespeople briefs, and press kits—ensuring consistent brand voice and clarity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry analysts to maximize placement and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Own crisis and issues communications: prepare response frameworks, coordinate internal stakeholders, and manage rapid-response media engagement to protect reputation.
• Plan and execute product launches, events, and media tours including briefing, media logistics, and post-event coverage analysis.
• Measure campaign performance using PR metrics (reach, share of voice, sentiment, placements) and deliver concise reports with actionable insights for clients and account teams.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3–6 years of PR experience in an agency or in-house communications role with demonstrable media placements and campaign results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; proven ability to craft newsworthy narratives and executive-level materials.
• Strong media network across national, regional, and trade outlets in India and proven journalist engagement skills.
• Experience handling crisis communications and rapid-response scenarios under tight timelines.
• Solid skills in campaign measurement and reporting; comfortable with PR tools and Excel/PowerPoint for client presentations.
  

Preferred

• Experience in brand consultancy, FMCG, lifestyle, technology, or corporate communications; basic digital/social media amplification experience.
• Team leadership or project management experience, with the ability to mentor juniors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
