Establish and maintain media relations, including crafting press releases and pitching stories to secure media coverage. Manage crisis communication efforts and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks to the brand's reputation. Create engaging content for various platforms, including press kits, newsletters, and social media updates to promote brand initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution of PR campaigns. Monitor media trends and public opinion to inform PR strategies and provide actionable insights for management. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience in Public Relations management with a track record of successful campaigns. Strong understanding of media landscape and ability to build relationships with journalists and influencers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling. Ability to think strategically and creatively in managing brand narratives. Experience in crisis management and navigating high-stakes situations. Preferred Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies. Experience in content creation, including blog writing and video production.
