Role Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Manage media relations and build positive relationships with key journalists and influencers. Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials. Coordinate and attend press events, product launches, and media briefings. Monitor industry trends and prepare insights to inform PR strategy. Handle crisis communication and develop responses to media inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyze media coverage and generate reports to assess PR effectiveness. Oversee content creation for the company’s website and social media profiles. Manage budgets for PR activities and events. Train and mentor junior staff in PR best practices and industry standards. Support the development of brand messaging and positioning strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand visibility. Engage with stakeholders to foster mutual understanding of brand objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in PR or communications roles. Proven track record of developing successful PR campaigns. Strong understanding of media landscape and journalistic practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using PR software and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate PR effectiveness. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Experience with crisis management and media training. Creativity in developing engaging PR content. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles. Excellent networking skills and relationship building.
