Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the property's staff, sales, and client relationships, as well as ensuring the property's overall performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the property's staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management

 Oversee the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and guidance

 Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues

 Manage the property's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security

 Ensure the property is maintained to high standards, including cleanliness, safety, and maintenance

 Manage the property's budget, including forecasting revenue, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability

 Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

 Implement and maintain property management systems, including software and procedures

 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

 Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving any issues

Requirements:

 2+ years of experience in property management, including experience in sales and staff management

 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

 Proven track record of success in property management, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction

 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

 Proficient in property management software and systems

 Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
