Property Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of the residential apartment complex. This includes managing hard and soft services, vendor coordination, staff supervision, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of all

  MEP systems

  (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP, WTP, lifts & fire systems).

Soft Services Management

• Manage

  housekeeping, security, gardening, and pest control

  services.

3. Vendor & Contract Management

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

. Safety, Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Ensure compliance with

  fire safety norms, labor laws, and statutory audits

  .

Resident & Client Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact for

  resident escalations and service requests

  .

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare and submit

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  .
• Track consumption of utilities (electricity, water, diesel).

Preferred candidate profile

• Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.

• Must have prior experience in residential facility management.

• Diploma in EEE / BE or equivalent qualification

  with relevant experience in the residential facility management field is mandatory.
