Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Description: Training Needs Analysis & Program Design Identify and assess organizational training needs through detailed evaluation of employee skills, performance, and productivity. Design and develop individualized and group training programs aligned with specific business goals. Create a comprehensive training curriculum that supports the organizations strategic objectives and drives core brand values. Continuously review and enhance existing training programs to boost engagement and learning outcomes. Training Delivery & Implementation Develop clear and results-oriented training manuals and materials. Implement effective and purposeful training methodologies, tailored to the target audience. Prepare and manage an annual training calendar to ensure timely delivery of planned programs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and team members to ensure seamless training execution. Evaluation & Performance Monitoring Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by assessing improvements in organizational and individual performance. Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Identify operational or industry changes where training can offer improvements or solutions. Monitor the achievement of training milestones and ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets. Budgeting & Resource Management Develop and implement the training budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor training costs while maintaining high-quality delivery within approved budget limits. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices Stay current with trends, innovations, and best practices in training and development. Integrate new techniques and tools to enhance training delivery and learner engagement. Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Communication & Collaboration Communicate effectively with management, trainers, and employees to ensure alignment and clarity in training initiatives. Promote the organizations values and philosophy through all training efforts and employee development activities.
