Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Zostel, your role involves being the life of the party, always loving our guests, being really organized, keeping calm under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and maximizing revenue for the business. You should also be creative, innovative, digitally savvy, and willing to get your hands dirty whenever needed. Your main responsibilities include: - Reporting to the Zostel Franchisee - Managing the functioning of a hostel, including Reception/Travel, Bar, Cafe, Kitchen, and In-house Atmosphere - Being part of a dynamic team that embodies the Zostel brand and culture - Taking ownership of the guest journey to create a unique Zostel experience - Resolving guest complaints independently and proactively - Having a deep understanding of your city, including its cafes, bars, restaurants, art, and music scene - Ensuring compliance with company policies and handling cash responsibly - Mastering point of sale and property management systems To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality/service industry - A passion for your city, traveling, and new food and drink concepts - Knowledge of local events, art, music, and culture - Genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service - Familiarity with social media and user-generated reviews for marketing purposes In addition to these qualifications, you should be ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of working with Zostel, a company that values individuality, creativity, and a commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.
