Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience  Greet and engage with guests at the front desk and common areas, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.  Build strong relationships with guests, encourage feedback, and promptly address any concerns.  Act as a go-to person for local recommendations, activities, and Zostel policies.  Encourage conversations and interactions to foster a positive, community-driven vibe. Event Management  Plan, organize, and execute interactive events and activities such as movie nights, game sessions, city tours, and cultural experiences.  Collaborate with artists, performers, and local partners to bring unique events to Zostel.  Ensure events cater to a diverse audience and align with Zostel’s friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Social Media & Content Creation  Capture engaging photos and videos of events and guest interactions for social media.  Work with the social media team to share real-time content and updates from the property.  Encourage guests to tag Zostel in their social media posts and leave online reviews. Networking & Partnerships  Build relationships with local businesses, tour operators, and artists to enhance guest experiences.  Collaborate with Zostel’s marketing team to promote partnerships and community activities. Community Building  Foster a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable connecting with each other.  Mediate conflicts or misunderstandings among guests to maintain a harmonious atmosphere.  Promote a culture of respect and inclusivity. What Are We Looking For?  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you should love meeting and engaging with people.  A people-first approach – you thrive in social settings and enjoy creating a sense of community.  Openness to new experiences – adaptability and enthusiasm for learning about different cultures and lifestyles.  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  Passion for travel and hospitality.  Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.  Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Canva is an advantage.
