Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of properties, including a retirement community, a farm with agriculture and animals, and multiple homes for short-term rentals (Airbnb). Your primary location will be in Kottayam and Munnar. You will oversee the daily operations of a luxury senior living facility and other sister concerns, managing staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, handling resident relations, and managing budgets and financial reports. Additionally, you will organize events and activities to enhance the living experience of residents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage staff and coordinate maintenance and repairs - Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations - Handle resident relations and manage budgets and financial reports - Organize events and activities for residents Qualifications: - Property management, facility management, and real estate management skills - Experience in handling budgets, financial reporting, and cost management - Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skills - Excellent communication, resident relations, and customer service skills - Knowledge of safety and health regulations - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in property management software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in senior living or healthcare facilities is a plus,
