Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Department: Operations / Projects


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage restaurant-related projects including new store openings, renovations, equipment installations, and process improvements. The role involves cross-functional coordination with design, construction, procurement, operations, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of restaurant development projects from inception to completion.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance with local laws and safety norms.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with operations, marketing, HR, and supply chain to ensure smooth handover of the project.

Budget Management:

Monitor and control project costs to avoid overruns.

Review contractor/vendor invoices and support timely payments.

Vendor & Contractor Management:

Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.

Monitor performance and ensure quality of work delivered.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Manage escalations and resolve issues affecting timelines or deliverables.


Reporting:

Prepare and present weekly progress reports to senior management.

Maintain documentation for each project including approvals, designs, checklists, and compliance certificates.


Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Hospitality Management (preferred).


5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the restaurant/QSR/F&B sector.

Proven experience in managing multiple restaurant openings or renovations.

Strong knowledge of construction, MEP, and restaurant operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.


Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project tracking tools.


Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards (FSSAI, fire & safety).

Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Understanding of restaurant equipment installation and utility requirements.
