Job Summary
The Project Manager in CSO is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and service delivery. This role applies structured project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with CSO goals and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
- Oversee schedule, scope, budget, and milestone performance for CSO initiatives.
- Collaborate with CSO leadership, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and service enhancements through consultative analysis.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure rotational shift coverage and alignment with global support operations.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (required); Master’s or MBA (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in customer support or service delivery environments.
Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – required
- PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP – preferred
- ITIL Foundation – preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in project pre-planning, scheduling, costing, and execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage global time zone coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative mindset.
- Experience in customer support operations, service metrics, and escalation management.
